He returned my call and scheduled an appointment for the same day at my convenience, which was after my work day. He arrived at my home as scheduled. Diagnosed my furnace problem within minutes. He was courteous and professional and seemed knowledgeable and said that since my unit was old and exotic he needed to do more research and would get back to me. I am waiting to hear back from him. So far I would highly recommend him, but my experience is limited.
