A few challenges with some finicky tile we decided to use but they worked through the issues and the end result is better than we anticipated. The team cleaned up at the end of each day and, because we work from home offices, was concerned about any noise or disruption. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend Greg and his team. But be prepared for a wait.!!! Greg is in such high demand that it can take a bit to get on his schedule but you'll be happy you did!"

The smallest size a standard 2-car garage can be is 20 feet by 20 feet, so at these dimensions, you could reasonably expect to fit two cars inside. Mop with warm water and scrub away stains using a mild cleaning solution that's safe for the epoxy product you have installed. Don't use any soap-based or chemical cleaners, as these can cause the epoxy surface to deteriorate more rapidly.

Garage floor sealers last anywhere from one to 10 years on average, depending on the type of sealer you use and the traffic it’s exposed to. Acrylic sealers have the shortest longevity, whereas most other options can last anywhere from five to 10 years. If you use an acrylic sealant to protect against stains, reapply every one to two years. Reapply other types of concrete sealers every five years for the best results and maximum protection.

The most common garage door material is aluminum, but the best material for you depends on your budget and location. Wood is the most expensive to repair but tends to add the most curb appeal, while fiberglass or composite doors cost less to fix.

Aluminum won’t rust, so it’s a great option if you live somewhere humid or rainy. Steel doors are durable but are prone to rust. If you live somewhere with extreme temperatures, hot or cold, you might opt for fiberglass, which won’t split if the temperatures skyrocket or drop below freezing.

It is possible to manually open a garage door. However, whether you should manually open a garage door depends on the source of the problem. If the door doesn't open because of a broken spring or cable, for safety's sake, you'll want to leave the door closed until you can have a professional inspect it and repair it.
