Here right on time. Re-attached the metal thingy at the base of the door. Also lubricated the tracks and put a few more screws in the top metal thingy.

Patrick explained everything that needed to be done to fix my garage door. The spring broke, which is what brought him to me. After careful inspection, the ancient (20 year old) rollers needed to be replaced, and as expected, the original cables were replaced since they were fraying. Also adjusted the opener. What sounded like a lawn mower, now would not wake a sleeping baby. And I also learned the proper way to maintain the silence. Awesome work above and beyond my expectations. Thank you, Patrick!

Patrick did a great job on the opener install. Only 1 problem, when he gave me the new opener instruction booklet he didn't write the specific info about the opener in the book ( serial #). Now to properly register my new opener I must get my ladder out, climb up to the motor, remove the cover to reveal the information needed to register the opener. Not sure if this was an oversight or not but it's something that new customers should not be bothered with. Other than that, a good job

The spring on the garage door broke. Called Pat and he had it fixed the following morning. He was fast and affordable. Will definitely keep him in mind for future needs.

HIGHLY recommend Patrick and Son! Called them at 8am the day after Labor Day and he was at my place in just over an hour. Within 90 minutes, he replaced the spring and coils on my garage door and I was back in business. He had all the parts with him; no extra trips. Plus, he checked out the garage door opener, greased the chain and did a few other things not related to my issue at no additional charge and without being asked. Both Patrick and his assistant John were professional, polite and friendly as can be. Heâ ll get the call the next time I need his services. Fair price with excellent service.

We don't live in the area anymore and are getting our house ready to sell. Patrick came out on a Sunday to assess the damage to our garage frame and we made an appointment for him to fix the problem. He worked around our schedule, since we have a 3.5 hour drive to get to our house. He was respectful of the Covid-19 protocols. He charged a fair price and he and his father did an excellent job of repairing our damaged garage frame. Would highly recommend Patrick & Son for any garage door or structural needs.
