"Very good, almost great. The install team arrived on time, confirmed work order & started the job. In about 4.5 hrs, power was applied & we started to get heat. A quick overview of the HAVC system was given, balance paid all questions answered and there were smiles on most faces. The sales person described the operation of the new HAVC to be quieter than current system and it is. However, the term quieter was not expressed in db difference so a service tech came out and was able to discuss the issue. I typically just go to a couple friends and see if they have had the work done and if they have someone to refer. We live in the same neighborhood in Va Beach, it is a well established neighborhood with homes that are very big houses. My house is over 30 foot tall and has a lot of different sections. They came out right away. They never even mentioned the height. The contractor worked diligently until the job was done. They never messed up the yard with trash and always spoke real well.
