We had gotten a quote several months prior to purchasing our unit and when we purchased there was a sale that was $500 cheaper then the quote. They had us sign the quote sheet acknowledging installation which had ten year parts and one year labor warranty which we did not pay attention to since it was an old quote. However, the invoice we received had the correct amount that I paid and listed 10 year parts and labor warranty which now they don't want to honor. An attorney I consulted said the invoice would stand up in small claims court which I am now considering. It's just ashamed people don't have ethical business practices. I would encourage anyone looking for a new unit or service for existing systems to look elsewhere!!!!!"

The guys were all respectful of my property and I'm appreciate of their hard work. They were also very reasonably priced. Would hire again and recommend to any friend or family of mine. Painted exterior brick does not usually need sealing. Brick is a porous material, so you don’t want to apply a sealant that could trap moisture inside the bricks and cause erosion and structural damage. The risk of moisture-induced damage after sealing is higher in colder climates where trapped moisture can expand if it freezes. On the other hand, it makes sense to seal really old brick or kitchen backsplashes, where moisture from cooking can weaken the brick.

No, using a power sander on brick is not recommended because the force of the sander can destroy brick's fragile outer layer. Even using sandpaper on brick is discouraged because of the damage its abrasiveness can cause.
