"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"Overall it was very good.  We got a door that was 76"  rather than the standard 72" glass and even with that increase the price was still 10-15% below our other estimates.  We didn't get any other upgrades (towel bars, special door handles, etc) so our door was just simple and basic and it turned out great.  The only issue was that we ordered the door on a Tuesday and were told that the door would come in on the following Monday or Thursday.  In reality in came in a week later than that.  There was no phone call on the initial Thursday to let us know that it wasn't in yet, nor any explanation for why it wasn't in when we were told it would be there.
The only issue with the installation is that we were told that they would get there between 0930-1200 but they didn't actually arrive until almost 1:00 and again there was no phone call to let us know that they were running behind.  Once they got  there, the installers (Dave and Terra) were super nice and very thorough in explaining the installation process as well as the proper way to care for the glass once we start using the shower.  They did a good job, the door looks great and we are happy with the results."

"I called Advanced glass on monday the 7th for a quote for my newly remodeled bathroom. I spoo to Sam over the phone and he gave me a quote how  much approximately it'd cost. The price was reasonable so I requested an appointment to do the measurment. after that Youness came over the next day he took the measurment and gave me the final estimate of $1175, I approved the quote and payed the deposit right away. On the 17th the installers (i guess one of them was albert) came to my house and install the glass shower door in about one hour and a half, and they told me to not use the shower for 24h. Now i'm using the enclosure and it's fine with no issues. the only thing is when i open the door, the water drops from the door, but i guess that has nothing to do with the job they did.

"I immediatly contacted Royal Glass and they quickly scheduled me at a location near my job (Beltsville, MD). The chip repair took about 40 mins and cost $70. I completely forgot to use my Angie's List coupon, so it would've been $25 less! The customer service was EXCELLENT and they even vacuumed the inside of my car free of charge! Ask for Russ....he's the best!

"The shower door is beautiful! They were prompt, professional and responsive. And, they really stand by their work. They originally installed a small chrome connector at the bottom of the door which was aesthetically pleasing, but after some time the door had some slight movement. River Glass Designs came right back out, removed the connector and installed a different type which is guaranteed not to move at all. We couldn't be happier and definitely recommend this company."
