I chose them because of their organization and excellent recommendation. They told me how much the job would cost before the work was done. It did not take too long to do the job and they did a good job. They are professional and courteous. I took my car to them for have the work performed.

Our Honda CR-V had a large and expanding windshield crack. The
Derwood/Rockville office of Royal Glass seemed to offer the best value.
They did an outstanding job in replacing the windhshield, were easy and
professional to deal with. I'd certainly recommend them

oThis was a great experience start to finish. The price is solid, beating out my insurance company's provider by a good $80 - $100, the work was scheduled and performed quickly and the windshield looks good.
I used the $25 off coupon I printed  from Angies list without a problem, which brought the cost from 255 down to 230.
My insurance company's placed wanted $298 plus tax plus $29.95 to come out
to me to fix it. Royal did all that for the flat $255.
Definitely would use them again if I needed to replace any of my car's glass.

I immediatly contacted Royal Glass and they quickly scheduled me at a location near my job (Beltsville, MD). The chip repair took about 40 mins and cost $70. I completely forgot to use my Angie's List coupon, so it would've been $25 less! The customer service was EXCELLENT and they even vacuumed the inside of my car free of charge! Ask for Russ....he's the best!

It was great. They had great customer service. They were very prompt. They informed me of everything that I needed to know before and after starting. I did not have any problems with them. My deductible was five hundred dollars but Royal Glass gave me some off so I did not have to pay the whole amount. I definitely would use this company again in the future.

I saw good reviews for this company on Angie's List, and I called the number listed for the branch in Alexandria.  I was referred to a switchboard, and they directed me to the Capitol Heights store instead, as there as availability there.  I called at 1pm, and they were able to have me in by 4pm.  They also offer road service.  I agreed to come in at 4pm.  Shortly after that, I received a call from one of the representatives at the Capitol Heights store inviting me to come in earlier at 3pm.  

They told me it would take about an hour, and I was out in about 45 minutes.  Everything went smoothly.  The price was slightly more than another quote I got, but I felt confident that I would get good service here.

I made an appointment for a Saturday morning at their Alexandria location. They estimated that it could take an hour to an hour and a half. I brought a book. I was barely there for 45 minutes when it was done and I was on my way home. Prompt and excellent service.

The woman who answered my call was friendly, accomodating and very knowledgable. She made a frustrating situation much easier. My car was completely repaired within 4 hours of calling Royal Glass, and their prices were significantly better than other companies in the area.

My windshield was hit by a flying tire debris on 495 and was cracked beyond repair. When I called them they told me they had the windshield I was looking for -- one with tinting at the top. They did not have it when I got there, but did have the regular untinted one. The windshield was replaced and I paid extra for their guarantee.

Very pleased with the work and service. Was able to drop it off after hours. It was a quick turn around time and easy to work with.

I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE AFTER THE FIRST RAIN I HAD A SMALL LEAK SO I CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT TO REPAIR THIS PROBLEM. THEY WERE ALSO VERY NICE AND VERY QUICK. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT.
