"Mr. Hernandez was terrific. I cannot say enough good things. I had five projects for him and he did each one perfectly. He even *made* a piece for my door on the spot out of wood that was in my garage! He was so tidy that there was nothing to clean up. He installed cabinets! He fixed two doors! He installed weatherproofing strips. He was very good about keeping in touch and letting me know when he would come. And he's nice, too!"

"Provider was suppose to return and finish laying sand on the patio. Since job was very close to complete, I paid him rather than wait. I never heard from him again. The sand has since washed out in spots and another provider is correcting the situation with polymeric sand. Other than the sand issue, the patio looks good in the way it is laid out. Provider was punctual, and the project went very fast considering it was in the middle of the winter.

The price was very fair and the initial budget for materials and hours was spot on! When there were issues with the matierals and delivery, he was on top of it! Also, I thought the riding mower would have a grass catcher, but it did not, so all the cut grass was left on my lawn. This was my mistake for not asking, so be sure to ask."
