"When they inspected my chimney they discovered that my chimney was was never rebuilt correctly, they took pictures that showed mortar was only partially applied and there were cracks . They filled in and sealed what was needed. They also advised me to have my chimney cleaned after burning a cord of word. They offered a warranty on their work and will keep a record of what was done with the pictures. I was pleased especially after I have had more the a few companies clean my chimney and even had one iinstall an insert and no one ever mentioned the condition of my chimney.

"We have Frontpoint at two houses. We had been looking for ways to cut our monthly expenses (Frontpoint is approx. $100 per month total), so I called them to find out what I could do. They informed me that I was under contract for another year, and that I cannot get out of the contract without an early termination fee that is equal to the cost of the service. I'm a little disappointed, because the upfront cost of the system was very expensive ($1,000+) for each house, so it seems odd that I would get sucked into this contract. Nevertheless, I forgot that I signed up for this with them. My calendar is marked for the day that my service ends, and I will be switching to a company that charges about half of what they do. They have OK customer service and are very responsive, but the wireless system had some issues with reception in my house due to a fireplace, and then they didn't want to work with me to get that resolved. They're OK, but I can't really recommend them."

I had brick repaired or replace, inspection to chimney completed with extensive cleaning and replacement of additional parts. The price was discussed with a detailed explanation and work was proceeded same day with no delay. Covid precautions were taken into consideration with mask wearing by all. They cleaned up all debris before leaving. I was extremely satisfied with the cost and completion of work described. Very friendly and respectful staff. Would recommend them to anyone. "Part of my disappointment with this provider may have been my overly high expectations, as I purchased a "Big Deal" coupon thinking this was for a whole house ductwork cleaning (after a kitchen renovation), which I have had done before by several other firms (usually costing about $350), and this was only to vacuum out the individual vents in each room -- only about 6 inches deep, which we regularly do when we vacuum, plus they vacuumed out the furnace box, which we do and my HVAC firm does each spring and fall, and it does not get very dirty since I have an electronic air cleaner and use special filters which I change regularly.
I also felt this firm used this opportunity to try and sell me more services (they wanted to disassemble my entire furnace box and electrical connections at that time to "clean it better" for several hundred dollars more, and I have had my HVAC firm for 30 years and they never tried to do something like that (they have always commented on how clean it was in there), plus this furnace was only 5 years old).
The work they did was OK, but the floor vents and furnace box were not that dirty.
