"Not only did Jason make my day by letting me know that the cracks were a normal part of the house settling and no repairs were needed, he also took the time to show me a few other structural incidents around the house. He pointed out a few things that we could purchase on our own to keep moisture away from under the house and answered a few general questions I had about some other places in the house. When I asked the charge at the end, he said absolutely nothing. I was shocked and was incredibly impressed at the information he elected to give me about our home and that it was for no other reason than just to help me understand our house and potential things that could happen down the line. "Adam came for the original estimate.  He was knowledgeable, professional and answered my questions.  We set a date for the work and he advised I would be called the day before with details.  No call so I called and left a message.  My call was returned promptly by Amanda with many apologies.  She explained that the company was going thru a bit of a change.  I was very appreciative of her honesty.  She gave me the numbers for the roofing supplier and another client to assure me all would go well.  She certainly kept her word and the work was done in a timely manner.  She came to my home several times and called throughout the day to make sure everything was running smoothly.  We needed to do some adjustment to the original price and we were able to come to a satisfactory agreement. 
My only concern was that I am still picking up nails and staples in my yard.  They did go around with a magnet and blew off the roof but
I am still picking up debris.
Amanda showed a great deal of integrity.  I would use this company again.
