He suggested a surge suppressor on the panel for my needs before I did after describing my requirements and use of the electric service. I wanted a particular sub-panel for a 50A RV hook-up and he understood why and went out of his way to get the proper equipment. The guys showed up and did a better job than I could. By October of 2020, he was $100000 over budget and the outside wasn't even completed, additionally, the basement walls were leaking. He spent a year saying he would fix the leaks, then ghosted us. We had to hire a lawyer to get his attention. Now almost 4 years later, the wall is failing and he still refuses to accept responsibility. He gives references who are friends or family. BEWARE."
