"I'm concerned about this company. They were assigned by American Home Shield for our HVAC problem and although everyone I talk to is pleasant and knowledgable, and there were an expected 4 days of waiting for AHS approval/receiving equipment, communication is difficult and getting the work done took a long time due to multiple no shows and many, many follow ups to find out what was going on. 12 hours after installation (which was almost 3 weeks after first contact), the system was cooling very slowly and they promised a week ago to make an appointment to check refrigerant but have not shown up nor called. I realize they're busy but this experience has been an exercise in extreme patience, and after almost $4k and a 60 day AAS warranty, I probably have to pay someone else to fix it."
