The men took down every vent and cleaned the area with a broom and vacuum. They reminded us of a chimney sweep. I thought that perhaps the men should have worn booties since they were all over the house. They were neat and clean otherwise

Mark and Simone did a marvelous job. Showed up right on time and replaced the dryer flex hose which was cracked at no extra charge. Will definitely have them back. Recommend cleaning the dryer vent annually. There was a lot of stuff after just two years, but the last guy didn't do any where near as thorough of a job as this PBM Team.

The two gentleman were courteous and professional. They did a thorough job and cleaned up behind themselves. They used the best equipment and I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the job they did. They confirmed with me that after the dryer vent cleaning, they could see all the way through.

Arrived early, cleaned air ducts, dryer vents and sanitized air ducts as well. Reasonably priced and would recommend for anyone with bad allergies such as myself. I have an air purifier but wanted to take the extra step to clean the air ducts, glad I chose these guys and would hire again.
