They explained the problem clearly (poor builder workmanship), made a couple trips to my home, prior to the repair work, to ensure they had the right materials and wrapped it up quickly. They improved the gutter flow as an extra step which was the right thing to do. The paint matched perfectly on a newly installed decorative header and the problem was solved. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"The screen door for the front porch was of a type I had not encountered before, and nor had he. It was not the typical type that I have installed myself when I was younger, which was why I wanted someone else to do the job. He quickly realized that although the new door had some additional support framing, it still suffered from the stability issues common to such doors and suggested that I might want him to brace the door with some L-braces.The door was also delivered without a small part for the door closing mechanism. He checked out the other jobs before I went out to the hardware store and suggested that I get a different door lock while I was at the store since I had not picked up what I thought I was buying.
While I was out, he installed the light, and then finished up the other jobs within the 3 hours allotted. He was meticulous and careful, cleaning up any mess. I recommend him highly.

"Two employees showed up at my home on time to do an estimate on the few things we needed repaired to complete the sale of our home. The work performed is provided in detail. I was totally shocked at the cost for the repairs on the estimate but we went a head and agreed to having the work performed since we're close to our settlement date. I must say the work performed on everything except the electrical panel was top notch. I say this because the labeling of the electrical panel was completed by writing in Black magic marker what rooms were on each breaker. I was expecting at least to see printed labels used for what we were charged. I/we were expecting to pay $300 - $500 for these few things to be fixed but boy was I am thankful for the work performed but I wouldn't hire this company again only because their prices are outrageous.

"Dave came the next day to repair a shattered sliding glass door. Another company had told us we needed to replace the entire door for $2900!! Dave removed the shattered glass, cleaned up nicely and said he could order the glass and be back in a week. Sure enough he was back a week later and installed the new glass in about 40 minutes. Cost- $330! Dave was very flexible about scheduling his visits and friendly."
