"Very pleased with this cleaning service. Proficient and welcome to be in our home. Initial and second visits went well."

"Right on time! Beautiful job on an extremely dirty carpet with body fluids on it. Also a small spot made by a dropped lipstick. All came clean."

"The team that came to deep clean my home was wonderful. Arrived on time, worked attentively, listened to our needs plus they were super friendly and patient with our overly curious dog. The clean was detail orientated and well worth the price of a deep clean! Looking forward to having them come on a scheduled basis. Service: Deep clean"

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"The expirenece with Dust Buster was good. The customers service was great and the cleaning was through. The only negative have to report was the quoting process of payments expected at time of service. When I called I was asked a few simple questions and was quoted that they had a three room minimum and it would be $15.99 per room. I was thinking great I only wanted to get 2 rooms done but for $47.99 who could complain. Once the cleaning team arrived the came in and measured and and starting working up the official estimate once they were done the estimate came to +$200.00 By the time I denied most of the options it still cost $100.00+"

I Absolutely Love their work."

"I needed help refreshing the couch my dog basically lives on. He was able to come out the morning after I started searching for pros. We scheduled the service, he called to let me know he was on the way and talked me through the process. Super efficient and I feel like I can actually keep my couch around a lot longer knowing I can call Royal to spruce it up. I don’t know what upholstery cleaning typically costs but felt he was more than fair for the work he did for me."

"My service was outstanding. My Crew showed up on time with all the necessary tool and equipment for the job. They had mask, gloves, and shoe covers on witch was a plus ( didn't have to ask) for me. 1Man & a bucket definitely number 1 on my list. Thanks Guys ?"
