"This company is very shady and unethical. We selected them because of the price. It was substantially lower than other quotes received. The reason it was lower was because it wasn't accurate. With the dumpster in our yard, and the roofing materials delivered only then did they "discover" we also needed all new planking. We were prepared and budgeted for a $21,300 project. Suddenly we needed to come up with an additional $8,500 for the plywood. This was part of all the other roofer's quotes. When I voiced that I wanted to use another company they told me I signed a contract and they planned to enforce it. If I broke the contract I would have to give them 1/3. I had no choice but to cave. When I pressed on why this wasn't discovered until they started- they had no response. I was stuck and was forced to proceed (or walk away from $7,100). BEWARE!!! 6/25/2025"

"Do not, under any circumstance, hire Michael Lampro (F&M Services Group) to do work for you. You will regret it and that is a guarantee. Mr. Lampro abandoned our job when his company name was Coastal Adjustment Group (or F&M Group). It was all about the getting payments with Mr. Lampro, that was all he cared about. He then accused us of not being able to pay the final payment, so he abandoned the job using that excuse. There are other complaints out there, but Mr. Lampro jumps from License to License and hides behind bankruptcies (see Case # 24-33821). Mr. Lampro has multiple complaints against him through DPOR and there are other complaints on sites online. As I said, DO NOT give Mr. Lampro or F&M your time & especially not your money. You will regret it. If you do take the massive risk, read the fine print of the contract around Arbitration, he puts a poison pill in there which states YOU have to pay for his attorney, when your dispute goes to Arbitration.
