We used Burgess to inspect the home we are buying. The front office workers were wonderful answering my millions of questions, and all the inspectors were great. They did a wonderful, thorough job and Red was great. Luckily our house didn't need a whole lot but I know some other people who have used Burgess and they found a lot of things to correct, which is great. We'd definitely recommend them to others!

Excellent inspection done by the home inspector. Red was professional and thorough. He took his time and covered everything. He went over everything with us in person and then gave us a printed copy to review. I recommend Red and his company without reservation.

My husband and I were very happy that we went with Burgess for our inspection. It was the first home inspection we've done so we were nervous about making the choice and the process, but Burgess made it easy. Mike was very thorough during the inspection and gave us some tips throughout that will help us ensure we are move in ready. He sent us the written report later that night that described everything thoroughly with pictures. Overall, we were very impressed and thankful we went with Burgess. The only issue was that he was about 20 minutes late... it was out of his control since the previous inspection ran late, but we would have appreciated a call from someone letting us know that. Also - we love that they have a concierge service that helps to switch utilities for free! Great bonus!

I had a great experience with my home inspection from Burgess Inspections. As a first time home buyer I was a little nervous about making sure all the right things were looked at. My dad had used this company to sell one of his houses and insisted they were very thorough and I agree. Tim Smith was my inspector and he was very patient with all my questions and did a great job explaining why certain things were a concern and what to watch for in the future. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that wants a professional thorough home inspection performed.

Everything turned out be great the inspector was very informative and very detailed.

There wasn't a lot that was wrong, being that the house is a year old, but he did find a few things that needed to be fixed that we would have never caught. It was thorough inspection and very professional!

Very well. Burgess got to the property quickly and provided us with an accurate reading and breakdown of of the numbers. They were also available by phone and e-mail afterwards for follow-up questions. Burgess even emailed us a list of recommended radon mitigators to alleviate the problem. Would definitely recommend.

Inspector was on time, prepared with tools necessary to thoroughly inspect property and major systems. He thoroughly briefed me on any discrepancies found and why they were problems or concerns.

Burgess Inspections did an excellent job for me. They explained everything that was seen as an issue. The report included pictures of the issues and an estimate of the cost to fix.

I have been a real estate agent for over 40 years and have used Burgess  Inspection services for many of those years for all my buying clients.
I just recently, as in the past, used them for a personal home for one of my family members and on Aug 2 used them for a home I am buying for myself.
They are always on time give a great overview of all conditions of every aspect of home and I cannot recommend them any higher than indicated above. They are sometimes hard to book on the exact day you might wish them to inspect, but I have always found them worth the wait for the quality to get at the end of the process.
