I can fix appliances, do tree work, install new and home appliances, lighting and some electrical and HVAC issues. If I'm not comfortable working on something you inquire about, I will let you know if it's not my specialty. I tried to be fair when it comes to pricing and I take 110% pride in every job that I do.

To slow down the cracking, apply a sealant every two to three years and use sand rather than salt to melt snow or ice. Using salt speeds up the freeze-thaw cycle, which may increase the likelihood of cracking. One of the best base materials for a floating deck is a layer of gravel or compacted paver base to promote drainage and stability. These base materials help minimize moisture buildup, reducing shifting and rotting.

Gravel driveways are the most economical driveway material, followed pretty closely by asphalt and concrete. At about $1 to $3 per square foot, gravel is about a third of the cost of either of the more common alternatives. But, not everyone likes the look and feel of the material and may opt to pay more for something that looks better.

Like all building materials, concrete weakens with age due to temperature changes, moisture, and cracks that widen over time. Keep in mind that there are ways to keep your concrete strong by resealing it every two to three years, avoiding harsh cleaning chemicals, and addressing small cracks as quickly as possible.

A well-built and well-maintained concrete pool should last anywhere from 50 to 75 years. Concrete is prone to cracking, so winterization and regular pool repairs are particularly important.
