"Thank you for cutting our lawn. Matchless blades did a great job and we appreciate his hard-work. We asked for our grass to be cut short and he did just that. He took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. We look forward to our next lawn cut"

"Total Ground Solutions was recommended to me a family friend. Christian & his guys were so easy to work with & didnâ t mind me asking for other trees to be taken down in the process of him working at my home. They took out a ton of trees in my back yard, finished the job earlier than expected as well! By far the most honest & hardworking company I have ever hired!"

"I had a great experience! They were professional, showed up on time, and made the whole junk removal process quick and stress-free. They handled everything with care, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless when they were finished. Their pricing was fair, and their customer service was excellent from start to finish. If you’re looking for reliable junk removal, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be using them again!"

"We had a large debris removal of trees, branches and junk that was left in the our yard from the previous owner. Kat and Rik came over to give us an estimate and immediately they walked us thru the plan of how to get it out of there. They were very knowledgeable, transparent and comforting. The team they brought with them was also very experienced and efficient. The price was extremely reasonable, in fact, we would have paid whatever they asked after the work they did. They provide lawn care as well and did an amazing job on the lawn. Thanks Kee’s Janitorial!!"

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

You should ask a few questions to ensure that your potential lead removal professional is experienced and qualified to handle lead-paint abatement safely, legally, and properly.

  • What are your qualifications and experience removing lead-based paint?

  • Are you licensed and certified to remove lead-based paint?

  • How do you test for lead paint?

  • What methods do you use for lead-based paint abatement?

  • What do you plan to do with the hazardous material when you remove it from the home?

  • Do you do replacement and painting work or removal only?

Embarking on a kitchen demolition comes with its share of risks to keep in mind. Think of potential encounters with asbestos, sharp objects, and power tools—not to mention the peril of structures wobbling or unexpected plumbing surprises. And, of course, you will be surrounded by dust and debris throughout the process. All of the above makes safety gear necessary, or you can consider hiring a qualified professional.

The best disposal method for hazardous waste is to take it to a professional dumping facility that specializes in and accepts hazardous materials. These facilities will dispose of the materials in a way that is safe for both humans and the environment. If you don’t have access to a nearby facility, the best way to get rid of hazardous waste is to call a professional garbage removal company who handles disposing of hazardous materials .

Hazardous waste is waste that poses a threat to human or environmental health. This generally refers to waste that is flammable, corrosive, toxic, or reactive. To confirm if the waste you need to remove is considered hazardous waste, contact your local hazardous waste facility.

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), hazardous waste is generally classified into four main categories:

1. Characteristic Wastes: These exhibit at least one of four hazardous traits: ignitability (flammable, like gasoline), corrosivity (can rust or decompose materials, like car batteries), reactivity (unstable and can explode, like aerosol cans), or toxicity (harmful when ingested, like lead-based paint).

2. Listed Wastes: These are specific wastes from manufacturing and industrial processes that the EPA has officially designated as hazardous. They include byproducts from processes that use solvents, pesticides, and other chemicals.

3. Universal Wastes: These are commonly generated hazardous items that are subject to streamlined regulations. Examples include batteries, pesticides, mercury-containing equipment (e.g., bulbs), and some lamps.

4. Mixed Wastes: This category includes waste that contains both hazardous and radioactive components, making it subject to regulation by both the EPA and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
