I discovered that one didn't and RW promptly repaired it. The third time, one of the windows arrive with a damaged piece (purely cosmetic). It took repeated phone calls and four months to finally get the replacement piece installed (less than 5 minutes to actually replace). Service after the sale and initial install needs improvement."

It was a pleasure having Grady work with us. He even stayed in the house at times to make sure he was available for the job. "I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget.
