"What an incredible job done by Erskine. The project was actually to remove a wall between our kitchen and dining room. Not a small job. What a fantastic job he did, start to finish. I knew that I wanted to open up the wall, but had no idea how to go about it or what it would look like. Erskine had a vision when we first talked about it, and it turned out better than he had described. He was eager to incorporate any suggestions I had into the project. The final cost was almost right on the money that he quoted. He was very methodical and precise in his work, paying close attention to detail. "Be very careful. we chose him because he made a big deal about how good his work is and how quickly he can finish projects. JMS started building our home in January of 2019. By October of 2020, he was $100000 over budget and the outside wasn't even completed, additionally, the basement walls were leaking. He spent a year saying he would fix the leaks, then ghosted us. We had to hire a lawyer to get his attention. Now almost 4 years later, the wall is failing and he still refuses to accept responsibility. He gives references who are friends or family. BEWARE."
