From the first time we spoke with Edwin we knew we had met a real professional who was proud of his work. He spent a long time walking through our project, detailing every bit of work they were going to undertake, and showing us other relevant projects his team had completed. We ended up asking them to de-popcorn the entire house, paint all the ceilings, patch a lot of drywall from other recent work, and entirely paint a couple of rooms. The house looks better than new! You wouldn't know it had ever been full of holes in the ceilings and walls. We were staying here during the project, and they made a careful plan to minimize our disruption while they worked, doing one floor at a time and doing rooms in a specific order to let us live around them. At the end of each day, David walked through what they had done and what they were planning on for the next day. He helped us work out what we needed to move or cover each day. Our house is transformed. This is just one part of the renovations we're doing, but in many ways it's the most important.
