Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. "When things DON'T go smoothly and the contractor still shows great professionalism, that's when I want to write a review! Estimate was fine even though I kept adding/deleting projects. By the time of the work, I failed to get a firm bid. The contractor provided quick service, maybe too quick as her whole team showed-up within a day of our final conversation after a cancellation of another client. The contractor's expectations were the same as mine, but the painters did not complete some of the work (two coats, etc.). This seemed to be a communication issue. With an exchange of a few emails with the contractor and she interviewing her painters, we reached a fair resolution of all issues. I ABSOLUTELY will hire this contractor again. I'm sure she made little profit on my project, but she showed great commitment to making things right, coaching her employees, and satisfying the customer."
