"Everyone was very professional, from Alexis and Brittany in the office to Seth, Matt, and Sean who worked on my system repair. They responded the same day I called, notifying me by text when they would arrive. Seth confirmed it was a bad fan motor and outlined multiple options with costs from just fixing the immediate problem to providing a full 5-year service plan and warranty including options that would make my system last longer and perform better. I was a bit shocked at the prices initially, even for the basic repair, but as I thought through everything to be done, I figured it was just on the high end of reasonable. I chose an upgraded system with a 4-yr contract. Unfortunately, my fan motor had to be special ordered, but Seth cleaned everything and set it all up for the next day. He cleaned up after himself and left the room neat. Matt and Sean arrived the next morning as scheduled. They reconfigured the ductwork, installed the new filter, and replaced the fan motor. The new ductwork looks better than the original. It's a very neat and clean installation. They explained everything clearly and cleaned up well. Overall, it was an excellent job and I am very happy with the results, the service, and professionalism of everyone involved. It's wasn't cheap, but I also believe you get what you pay for. (The only reason I rated it short of 5.) I have peace of mind and am very comfortable relying on Premium Home Services to take care of my system."
