"The folks from Rick's were professional and checked my heating system thoroughly to try to find and correct a noise issue I had on the upstairs level. They also checked my furnace in the basement to be sure it was working properly. While unfortunately the symptom (and reason for my call) did not present itself while they were in my home and so could not be diagnosed/corrected, they were very courteous and did everything they could."

"Excellent. Professionally done at a good price. Spelled out exactly how they would fix it, provided a reasonably priced estimate, and did work as they said they would. NO BS or come on. I went through several contractors/estimates, all of which tried to sell me what I did not need at a much higher price. Handyman in DMV was on the money with what needed down and with the work. Will hire them again."
