"The awnings look great and I look forward to a cooler house this summer.  Mr. Montgomery was extremely knowledgeable about the product and provided many choices from which to choose.  He follow-up promptly as well.  His son was great at the installation as well.

"They arrived as scheduled, got my small deck finished in a morning and did a great job. They are busy, so expect to schedule at least a month ahead."

"Install or Replace Metal Awnings or Patio Covers"

"These guys are the best. They were prompt, professional, and did a very fine job. Highly recommend."

"Tommy Harper was a referral from our neighbor- he did their deck, fence, and patio last year. During the estimate, He came and gave us many creative design ideas to help formulate our deck, then quoted us the best price for more options than "the other guys". He was prompt and went out of his way to prevent issues from our sensitive HOA and even installed a door which is not in their usual project offering. He also handled the county permitting which was a big timesaver for us.
His crew was friendly and very professional. They had great attitudes and were very knowledgable in their trade.
Throughout the process, he did quality checks and didnt hesitate to change course if we pointed something out or asked questions. Although he doesnt have the technology for inital computer generated drawings for decks, etc as the other guys did, but he is planning on getting that soon.
The professionalism and quality of work showcased by him and his crew, combined with the great value is a win win situation. We would certainly recommend him."

"Fantastic, very easy to work with and will use them again."

"Construction can be painful but this was a very painless and almost a pleasant experience. Total Remodeling Systems is a very responsive, quality based company that is concerned with customer satisfaction."

"Quick response, clear discussion of work plan and materials/labor costs, communicative along the way, work was done efficiently and within the timeframe we discussed and the results are great. Great team, appreciate them!"

"It went quicker than expected.  I understand that they were able to put 2 crews on the job to make it go faster.  Good thing too, because rain was in the forecast.
They tried to pick up all the loose nails, but I guess I wasn't as lucky as others.  I'm still finding nails in the flower beds and yard almost 4 months later.
The product and work were first-rate.  I'd hire them again if I needed something done.

"Great group; I would highly recommend them and use them for future projects. They installed our awning which, unfortunately, came with a tiny hole in it. We got a replacement and Age in Place came back to swap the material."
