I called Ace Glass and within the hour they sent two technicians out to our house. They carefully removed the mirror and took it to the dumpster in our driveway with other construction debris. The mirror was not glued to the wall so they did not do any damage getting it down.

While the project was completed, the experience was deeply unsatisfactory due to both subpar workmanship in highly visible areas and the highly unprofessional and belligerent behavior of the owner, Javier. Issues with Professionalism and Communication Javier is exceptionally challenging and argumentative to work with. His communication was defined by open hostility, sarcasm, and dismissal of customer input. Argumentative and Dismissive: He was openly hostile to basic customer questions and input. When questioned, he repeatedly reminded me that he had "been doing this work 10 years," using his asserted experience to dismiss any concern or design preference I had.
