Painters Joe Stainaker & Jerry Fields

Description of Work: Joe Stainaker and Jerry Fields (804-909-6572) painted the interior of my new home. They painted living room, office, guest room, master bedroom, foyer, 1 bathroom, kitchen (removed wallpapers), and sunroom. They also painted the ceiling and all the trims. The size of the house they painted is approximately 2200 to 2500 sq feet with a 9 foot tall height and crown moldings in a few rooms. They also painted all the doors of the closets and 2 sets of french doors. They patched the holes of the walls where the pictures used to hang. Removed all window treatment hardwares. Patched the holes on the trims and walls. Caulked along the moldings and the walls/ceilings. Sanded the surface. The house had not been painted since it was built 15 years ago. It absorbed the 2 coats of finished paints very quickly. To reduce paint cost, Joe and Jerry painted the surface with primer and then the finished paint. I used Benjamin Moore Aura. Some area used 1 primer and 1 coat of paint while others used 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of finished paints. The Living room has accent wall with dark color and it used 3 coats of finished paints. They also finished the closets that my husband and I started but did not finish. I provided the paints and they provided the painting tools.
