"James Corbin has a professional business and is very responsive to his customer’s business calls. In addition, James is very accommodating to the needs of the customer’s schedule to perform the service. Furthermore, I was very impress with Corbins Cleaning when the service was rendered one day in advance. In fact, my initial service date was schedule on Saturday; however, James was near my community in Stafford on Friday. Therefore, he notified me of the service was going to be completed on Friday instead of Saturday. In all honesty, this was the first time using Corbins Cleaning and have verbally recommended this business to my friends, as well as I’ll be calling James in the future for my power washing projects. "Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. I definitely recommend No More Dirty Roofs to any home owner needing roof cleaning."

"He was great. He's very polite. He's reliable. It says Family Powerwashing but he is a one man band. He has a big white box truck and there are reels and reels in the back of that when he opens his door. There are a huge engine and different concentrates of the different kinds he uses. So, he pulls up onto your property and when he's finished he wraps it all up and off he goes. He was able to be gentle in some area and really go after it in the eaves of the boat house where there are spiders. He did a wonderful job. There was a day that he said he was going to come finish up and he didn't show up. His prices aren't the cheapest but it is worth it. He answers his calls and gets back to you. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit for his services. He's not going to show up that day or the next day. His punctuality is not great. He'll say, I'll see you tomorrow morning at 8:00 and he might not show up until 9:00. He is honest in his work. He knows he has a job to do and he does it to the best of his ability. He doesn't rush through it and drive away. He takes his time to do a job that he's satisfied with."

"I had an ancient black walnut tree in my yard that was obviously dying. Two years ago in a short but severe summer storm a huge piece of the tree came down.  Where it broke off it was rotted. There were other clear signs that the tree was in distress.  To make matters worse, what was the biggest part of the tree was leaning toward my circa 1790's house.  I've sweated out every big storm for the past few years.  I had a feeling that the next "Isabelle" would bring the tree down.  It was also 10 feet from an outbuilding and about 30 feet from another one.  There was a very slim area, that if the tree did come down, that it would NOT hit anything.  Odds were, however, not looking good that this would happen!
I called other tree services.  Nobody called me back --EXCEPT-- Jonathan.  As stated above, we played phone tag because it was the holidays.  That was OK.  I wasn't in a hurry and as it wasn't the height of summer storm/hurricane season, it was pretty unlikely the tree was going to fall.
Jonathan came out on the day, at the time he said he would to give me a free estimate.  I liked him right away and could tell from his assessment of the tree that it was indeed in trouble.  As much as I love trees and don't want to cut them, I saw that I really didn't have much choice.  Sooner or later this beautiful tree WAS going to come down.
We again played "phone tag" but finally agreed on the date:  yesterday, a Sunday.
Jonathan and his team arrived at the time we agreed on:  between 8 and 8:30.  This is no fly-by-night tree dude:  he IS a professional, having all the equipment:  bucket truck, Bobcat, an array of different sized saws and equipment to do the job right!  He also took are to be properly harnessed to keep himself safe!  This man KNOWS his stuff - he's not a cowboy with a chain saw!!
He methodically set to the task of taking down the tree with utmost care:  limbing first and making sure the limbs did not hit the outbuilding.  When it got to the bigger pieces of the tree, he tied off the upper sections, making sure that these huge pieces would not come down on the outbuilding nearby. 
Seeing that this tree was so huge, he realized that he needed another piece of equipment for the Bobcat.  There was a break in the action while he and his team went to Crewe Tractor for a "claw"-type thing to lift the pieces of limbs and larger parts of the tree.  He was very concerned about not marring up my lawn too much, but also knew that this would make his job easier, safer and quicker!
Everything went very smoothly!  Of course I cried like a baby when the first few cuts went into the tree.  I love my trees and Jonathan and I discussed that previously.  However, as the tree came down, I saw that it was so sick and dying.  So, even though it still is hard for me to look out and not see it standing guard over the yard as it's done for hundreds of years, it was a good thing that I'd chosen to do this now.
BOTTOM LINE: 
I do plan on using Sadl-er Up Tree Service again for all my other tree work that I plan to have done. 
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SADL-ER UP to anybody who needs any kind of tree work done. 
Jonathan is honest, fair, punctual, concerned about safety and the customer's property and a true professional.

Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.

This is a family owned business, that provide outstanding service, we have referred him to our neighbor, we would not hestitate to use this company in the future. Very pleased. They are located in Front Royal Virginia just to make sure you have the right company.

He showed up on time and did climbed up on a ladder to inspect the gutter.  He showed me pictures on his cell phone of problem areas with the gutter and roof.  He fixed some minor items.  Later, I hired the same company to replace all the gutters.

The gutters look much better and are not falling down anymore.  It was a home improvement that had to be done. USA Gutter Pros provided good service at a reasonable price.
