"Home Genius just completed a new roof installation and this was phase 2 of t he project. The gutters look amazing and Pablo Larius (prj Mgr) was very attentive and on site to answer any questions we may have. They were able to complete the removal and installation in one day. "Cleaned gutters. I was informed at the time of service that the charge for removing the leaf guards was not $50 (per the Angie's big deal) but $50 per RUN of gutters (I had four, two on the house and two on the garage). We settled on $100 extra rather that $200. The guys offered to replace a seal on two vent pipes on the roof at $89 each. I thought the price was too high and declined.

"Pretty darn smooth! On the day they scheduled to start, they were here at 7:50 a.m., and on my roof by 8 a.m. They had a crew of five and kept hard at it for several days until complete and cleaned up (they also did a basic clean up at the end of each day prior). There was a price adjustment upon confirmation of additional plywood required, but it was reasonable and discussed in advance during the estimate. The gutter crew showed up the next day after the roof was finished and removed old / installed new seamless gutters with additional downspouts for proper drainage. I'm happy with the work performed and the price paid."

"I found Sky Home Improvements through Angie's List, and gave them a call. They returned my call the next day and were prompt in getting to my home to assess the problem and give me an estimate. Dan went up on the roof and took pictures that he showed me to help me understand what was causing the roof to leak and what needed to be done to fix it. Along with the estimate, Dan gave me a folder which contained Job References, copy of his Contracting License, and a copy of Certificate of Liability Insurance. The following day Dan and Chuck were back and fixed the roof. They arrived on time, and after they finished the repair, took time to explain again what was done. Dan and Chuck were extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely call on their expertise for any roofing work that needs to be done in the future."
