"Jay did a fabulous job on my grout. I previously tried to clean the very soiled and stained grout in my powder room with over the counter products, all to no avail. A professional cleaning company came to clean it and tested a spot and told me they could not clean it so they left. I was at wits end. I called Jay as a last resort. He came and assessed the situation and assured me that he could get the grout cleaned and looking like new. Jay not only was able to clean the grout, but he also stained it a darker color, and sealed it as well. It looks fabulous now and I am extremely pleased.
