Mike and Jr did great on our house! We no longer feel the heat coming in our living room window and can’t wait to see our electric bill drop! Our house looks amazing now! Easy to clean windows too! Great job guys!

My experience with Mike Dawson and his crew was absolutely superb. They are consummate professionals. I ordered a special color for my new gutters. They arrived and were installed in one day. Then they returned to my home a few weeks later and installed matching gutter guards. I could not have asked for a more professional company. I highly recommend them.

Requested and received a quote. We locked a specific color and when installed the color was wrong, and when questioned they said we were stuck with it since it was a special order. It leaked, we called, they came and fixed. It is now leaking again.

"I called Mrs. [Member Name Removed] this morning to inquire as to why this review was so negative, After some digging through our files i had finally found the contract for the awning that was dated and signed by Mrs. [Member Name Removed] dated August 12 2014, and was paid for in full on August 27 2014. Within fifteen days we measured, priced, ordered the material, manufactured and installed the awning. She proceeded to explain to me that it was the wrong color, so i explained to her that if it was the wrong color i would make her a new awning. The contract contract reads as follows: Install one two inch step down awning on left side of back porch looking at the back. Color Vivid Cream. These are exact words from the contract. Upon today"s inspection of the awning i found that the awning was manufactured to the customers request (Vivid Cream) . It was then explained to me that the sales representative made a mistake and wrote the wrong color on the contract, so i asked if she read the entire three lines of the contract and the response was that she did. We here at Dawson Aluminum make no color choices for the homeowner, it is completely up to the individual making the purchase to choose the color they wish. As for the leak, no mention was made by Mrs [Member Name Removed], and i also spoke with Mr. [Member Name Removed] later in the day and no leak was mentioned. It has been three years since this work was done, why has it taken so long to post a bad review?"

The complete experience was EXCELLENT. Mr. Dawson was very easy to work with and just a really nice guy. They were able to work on my time line which was great as I had 3 contractors to coordinate on the job. Communication was great and timely. Pricing was fair as well. The entire process was very easy and there were no conflicts. Early on I discovered the gentleman who worked for the company and did the actual work is a very detailed craftsman with talent that far surpasses what you would expect on vinyl and aluminum trim work. This guy is a prefectionist and artist. The job is so detailed and perfect I can't believe it. In fact I was absolutely stunned by the detail of his work and he worked for a couple weeks all alone! Good because nobody could match the work this guy does. Dawson did a great job and I would highly recommend them. I hope this gentleman they have is available if I have another job, he is a rare find. Thanks!

The estimator was very helpful and answered all questions but did not try to push in directions we were not interested. The workers were amazing. The primary worker measured, studied and then measured again. He was very methodical in his work and clearly was not going to and quot;throwand quot; up the material in a hurry. He took his time and we appreciated his attention to detail. The primary worker regularly asked us to view the work and asked for feedback as he progressed. We had complete confidence in his abilities and the finished product.
