"Alexander came personally to do the estimate and made great recommendations for a simple repair versus spending more money on a replacement deck. In the end he had a crew at my home in less that 72 hours after I agreed to the quote/estimate he provided. The crew was very efficient, completed the work in less than six hours and did a quality job all the way around. The fixed was what was quoted and then did some additional minor repair after I reviewed the work and decided to do to more replacement rail tops. The crew moved all the deck furniture to do the work and placed everything back where it was. They even fixed a loose post on the upper deck at no extra cost. I can't speak highly enough about Alexander and his workers - they are a top notch, friendly and customer service oriented team. I'd definitely look to this company for additional work and repairs. "this was a job to address paint touch-ups and corner posts that had rot at the bottoms on a cedar sided house. efficient, thoughtful, disciplined approach to the proposal. all appointments were kept and punctual. detailed quote provided and all questions answered. was pleased with the time they took for me to understand how and why they quoted the way they did. when the work started, we did a walkthrough and confirmed everything. towards the end, another walkthrough to confirm that they executed the plan to our satisfaction. several small, fair, change orders for some conditions that could not be seen during original quote. on comparison of their proposal quote to others and research on how they wanted to address repairs, it was well supported as the best approach. other's had quoted complete repainting for siding in good condition. they were able to easily color match and focus on repairs to the few areas that needed attention. very happy with the work."
