"They have only completed half the house because extreme weather conditions (snow and ice) prevented them from coming back as planned. They will return to complete the job next week. They cleaned our upper two floors thoroughly including shampooing carpets. The windows were not quite as clean as I would have liked but they still did a good job. They began on the kitchen but did not get to finish. I can give a better report after January 13th"

He came and assessed the situation and assured me that he could get the grout cleaned and looking like new. Jay not only was able to clean the grout, but he also stained it a darker color, and sealed it as well. It looks fabulous now and I am extremely pleased.
