"A new doorknob and lockset was ordered and was supposed to be included with the installation but after the door was installed it was discovered that no doorknob was with the new door. The installer had to go buy the doorknob and return to complete the installation which may have caused him to rush the job because the storm door was not replaced properly . I had to wait about almost a week for the installer to return and fix the problem. I then discovered that the entrance door was also sticking but I did not report this to the company because at this point I was just disgusted not only with the installation but also with the flimsy quality of the steel door which is a thin gauge of steel, very lightweight and very easily dented. This was one of Angie's Super deals that I had paid in advance for without ever checking the quality of the door first. I will never pay up front for any service again.

I have had the same company install all mu home's replacement windows about 7 years ago and I was so completely satisfied that I guess my expectations were too high for the same result with a replacement door.

"We had Ferguson Home Improvements return to our home to paint our sons bedroom and install a ceiling fan.  The room was a 12 x 12 room and our son had been in there as a baby.  So you could imagine the holes from posters, pictures, and just wear and tear. I had already purchased the supplies with the intention of doing this job my self but just could not find the time so we asked them to give us and estimate.  Mr. Ferguson came in and told us sense we had all the materials he would do the room for $2 a square foot and hang our ceiling fan for $125.00.  So for $420.00 they went through made all the walls perfect fixed all the nail pops and holes from the posters and pictures and repainted all the walls.  I thought it was a great deal.  The room came out just awesome we will have them back to do more at our house.  Again thank you so much Ferguson Home Improvements.

Brian and team from Walls had done a previous job- installing a ventilating fan in the ceiling of our guest bathroom where our old fan was doing a terrible job; paint was peeling because of moisture. Brian got me a much better fan and installed it- difference was amazing. The guys saw that our banister going down to the basement had come loose- and without my asking and at no charge, they repaired it. I now use them for a variety of handy man tasks. They are not cheap: as I recall, around $125 to come out - but they are fast and very good and manage to keep the price reasonable.
