"I don't write a lot of reviews. But when I do, it's usually because I'm blown away with how amazing a company is. There are a lot of landscapers in Utah County. There's a lot of work to be done. Taking on a yard that isn't a part of a new build or isn't hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of work is not appealing to most of these companies. They want to do the Parade of Homes yards. That's not my yard. We're a down to earth humble home that needed some professional TLC. They never over-quoted us in order to make it worth their while. They itemized their invoice and never misrepresent what the price is. They listened and gave excellent advice. If they wanted to meet our needs, they would find the best person to help us. They thought of things and anticipated needs that we didn't consider and are so grateful for now. They work hard and fast. They didn't put us off because we were "not as important" as another client. They made sure we were satisfied with their work and worked hard to create a yard that I didn't cringe at every time I looked at it. They responded to messages promptly and got things moving as quickly as possible. From the initial walk through and quote to finished product it was two months. We were floored and delighted they moved so quickly! We don't have family that lives near us. We're from out of state. But their care made us feel like family."

When I left my third message, I was angry. Now he will not come because I was angry. Typical service these days. No follow through, then it is the customers fault because it makes you upset. His communication was terrible, and I have a half working 5000.00 sprinkler system. I am additionally concerned that I was not able to evaluate the whole system until now and since identifying these issues and not receiving any interaction from him causes concern that his intention was never to follow though in the first place."

We are a locally owned and operated plumbing company located in the Sugar House area of Salt Lake City, Utah. Explained the gist and she said she couldn't provide an estimate for that over the phone, but told me their hourly rate is $165 and that is per worker so double that if two were on job, etc. Pricey, but not unexpected for skilled labor. Scheduled a time and I met Rodney. He was knowledgeable & friendly. Explained in detail what I wanted, asked if it was feasible, etc. He said they could do the water part, but since the gas line is owned by Dominion Energy up to and including the meter, I'd have to talk to them about if the gas line and/or meter needed replacing. Called DE and got on the waiting list for a "pre-eval", and as Rodney recommended I sent an email to PP with all the details of the project and a sketch for clarity. While waiting for DE to get back to me I got an invoice for $165 in the mail from PP. I called PP and asked why"
