"Internet connection was weak, garbled communication. But, they remained very professional and we could crack a joke every now and then when things got annoying. Once up and running the diagnostic test was done in 5 min. Confirming my suspicions. Part number was sent within minutes."

"The folks I’ve dealt with at Groundworks have all been very high quality. Phil Ralph’s was our inspector and his very thorough inspection and estimate of repair was followed by Micah, Austin and Jaxon performing the repairs. All were great communicators and very hard working. Micah, Austin and Jaxon were willing to explain anything I asked along the way and Micah did a great job of recapping everything at the end. They were carful and very good about cleaning up, as well. Highly recommend the company and the people"

"Spencer provided excellent service. He arrived within the hours expected and called about 10 minutes prior to arriving. He was prepared, had all the necessary tools and testing equipment, and completed the tasks in great time. He tested the water prior to servicing the system. He was polite, professional, and easily identifiable as an employee of the company. I have been happy with Superior Water and Air since they installed the softener last year."
