"Great! Mike was so knowledgeable. I thought just the drain in the floor was plugged and come to find out it was the sewer. He came out right away. He was able to cut the roots out and camera down the line to give us a idea of what was next after. "They came out on a Saturday, but could not finish the job, they had to come back on Monday morning to finish up. When they put the sink back together, they forgot to install back the garbage disposal. They also did not have too much knowledge of the piping and because of that, they only replace one for Spicket and only replace parts on another. When I tried to call to complain about the garbage disposal, they kept circling back to different phone numbers."

"ESCO identified the problem correctly and took a staged approach to ensure a least cost cure if the problem was easier to solve. It wasn’t, however ESCO stayed with the plan and cured the drain problem. Their initial evaluation was correct and they did a good job of fixing the drain."
