We were aware of the reputation of some pool builders in Utah, who often left their customers with half-finished or poorly built pools. We spoke with individuals who needed immediate repairs upon completing their pool. We are a full service swimming pool & spa company. We have our own in house plastering and tile crew which will save time and misunderstandings during the construction or remodeling process of your pool. The president of the company holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and can take on any project no matter what the challenge or difficulty and make sure the finished product is properly built and of the highest quality possible! They will refuse to put it in written even when asked directly in written, just will ghost you when asked or repsond to something else and never acknowledged it in writing. But will agree verbally or in person regularly, then back out at time to do the work weeks or months later. Happened regular during this job! Used Car Salesman Tacks by management!! Respond every few days or week later even when following up on things often. Wrong stone installed, put breakers back forgetting to wire back into electrical panel resulting no power for couple days, forgot to glue PVC piping underground and questioned if did with a response it was done but dug up to check finding was not done resulting in entire yard being dug back out to redo all underground piping! You will need to have inspectors hired for each stage to find all their errors! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"

Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."
