Timeless Pools review Tom and Cindy did an amazing job with our backyard. We had an existing pool, so this was more complex than a new build. They were very willing to listen to our ideas but also made suggestions when their experience pointed them in a slightly different direction than we had initially envisioned. The planning phases were extremely fast, and they handled all the permitting with the city directly. We had their cell phone numbers and they kept us in the loop constantly during the entire process. During the initial faces, we selected coping and tile, and Tom was present to give us some guidance on cost and additional options. Once we started construction, everything was very transparent. They were willing to work around any scheduling issues we had and we got to know the workers that were at our site. Having consistent teams made my wife more comfortable as we had a number of days when she was alone with our two young kids, and seeing the same people Was reassuring We built during early 2023, and the massive rains made for a number of days where workers came and re-excavated from runoff or placed and removed tarps to prevent excessive erosion. This was all done with an eye on the weather and they were prepared for everything Mother Nature threw our way that winter. As we moved into finishing, they kept us informed of every step and the timing to expect. Once we filled the oool, they focused on the pool deck and made sure that every seam and joint was up to the standards. After a couple months of use, they re-connected with us and checked on any details we may have missed during the construction and finishing processes. I give their entire team an enthusiastic 5-stars. They probably won’t be the cheapest bid, but there were clear expectations and there were zero “extras” once we had all the materials selected. At no point did we feel like they were sneaky or trying to charge us for something unexpected. Our pool is beautiful, everything works exactly as expected and we have had endless compliments from everyone that has come to enjoy it. Before choosing Timeless Pools, my wife and I undertook a thorough and meticulous research process, carefully evaluating several companies. We were aware of the reputation of some pool builders in Utah, who often left their customers with half-finished or poorly built pools. We spoke with individuals who needed immediate repairs upon completing their pool. Our due diligence was a necessary step, given that Utah has made it easy for landscape companies to enter the pool business. We interviewed several pool builders and their customers and received multiple bids. It was clear to us which companies were more focused on saving themselves money, convenience, or lacked experience, and we were able to rule them out. We had some builders try to convince us to put the pool equipment next to our house so they wouldn’t have to run the power and gas lines. One even suggested we put the pool right next to our home. Our thorough research gave us the confidence to make the right choice, and we felt well-informed about our decision. When we met Colton and Tom from Timeless Pools, we were immediately struck by their professionalism and experience. Having built hundreds of pools in California, they expanded to Utah. Their expertise and dedication to their craft were evident, and we were confident they were the right choice for us. Building a pool is a significant investment, and it is like building a house, with all the plumbing, electrical work, foundation, and finished work. Their crew are indeed artisans, and we were deeply impressed by their meticulous attention to detail, always with levels in hand, ensuring everything was perfect. Our finished pool looks precisely like the three-D renderings and design they showed us initially, a testament to their professionalism and commitment to quality.

We have such a beautiful pool, thanks to Timeless Pools! Colton drew up a rendering of it on his computer and duplicated it in our back yard. They were great to work with, keeping us up to date on each step. I would highly recommend Timeless Pools for your dream pool!

My experience with Timeless Pools was exceptional. I needed a complete refresh of my 40 year old pool and equipment. Tom and Cindy were great to work with, helped me pick materials for the coping, pebble tech, and tile, as well as pavers for the deck. Although I kept the same shape as my original pool, Tom designed a beautiful Baja shelf with umbrella holes and recommended bringing up the deep end from 9’ to 6’ (less water, less chemicals and less pool pump time). The new lighting design adds so much ambiance to the back yard at night. They did a great job answering my questions, keeping me informed every step of the way, always giving attention to the smallest details. It is very refreshing to work with people that are responsive, professional, and most importantly honest. My pool renovation was completed on schedule and they did an outstanding job! I can't say enough about this company other than I recommend them very highly!

After our first pool company left us with an unfinished pool, we were lucky enough to find Timeless Pools. Colton and Tom were amazing. They kept us informed of any issues and came up with solutions to fix the problems. Colton was always responsive to calls and texts. The finished project is amazing .
