"I wanted an update to my old vinyl fence to a more modern metal fence and Papaqui Construction Services was the contractor I went with they gave me the best quote and they even finished the project before the expected date. The finished work was above and beyond what I had expected. From the first phone call I could tell the level of professionalism this business has you donâ t see anywhere else. "My overall experience was positive. We had stucco damage in a few areas where knock out flashing was failing and/or missing. Ted gave a detailed bid that included different possible scenarios depending on what they found once they cut into the damaged areas. He knocked the job out quickly and didn't try to sell me on additional work that wasn't needed. The repairs look good and I am happy with the work."

"Very satisfied with how this project turned out. Caleb was by far the quickest contractor to reach out to me after my inquiry on Angie's list and was very easy to work with throughout the whole process. The work was completed quicker than I expected, and we're very satisfied with the quality of our new fireplace mantel. Would highly recommend to others."

Gazebos questions, answered by experts

On average, building or installing a gazebo costs around $5,700, with a typical range between $3,000 and $10,000. The final price depends on several factors, including the gazebo's size, shape, material, and design complexity. Material choice is a significant cost driver; for example, brick is often more affordable, while metal can be one of the more expensive options. Square-shaped gazebos can also be more expensive to build. Custom features, such as built-in seating or lighting, will increase the total price. You may be able to save money by purchasing a prefabricated gazebo kit or performing some of the labor yourself.

Porticos last 25 to 60 years, depending on the material used. A portico’s roof typically matches the roof of the rest of the home and can be replaced simultaneously. Portico columns have a similar life span if properly maintained and regularly sealed. In some areas, harsh weather and extreme temperatures may cause a portico to wear more quickly.

Professionals ensure safe, thorough repairs using quality materials, extending the life of your structure.

Several types of porches are available to meet your needs and style preferences. Some common porch types include:

  • Porticos are essentially a roof over a walkway leading to the home's front entrance.

  • Sunrooms are closed-in porches that are an extension of the house with glass or plastic panels that allow optimal sunlight.

  • Wraparound porches extend around the entire home, or at least the front and one side, and offer multiple entrances to the house.

  • Back porches are an extension of the home’s floor into the outdoors. These offer more protection and privacy than a deck.

To make the gazebo accessible, you can build a wheelchair pathway leading up to it. The path should be paved with a smooth surface for wheelchairs to roll through. A low curb should be placed along each side to ensure the wheelchair stays on the path. At the end of the path, build a wheelchair ramp connecting the gazebo.
