They were on-time and did a fantastic job with communication. My only complaint is that we found a few tiny paint spots from when they sprayed the ceiling on the carpet after they left, but I was able to clean them up. "I contacted the provider and didn't hear anything back for almost 2 weeks. The provider called and said he would be by the next day and then didn't show up. The following day he came by and gave the bid. Once I got the bid, they didn't show up on the day they said they would do the work and came the following Monday. The actual installers did a great job with the work."

"Reed does good work. Everything that he did was well done, and works great. However he is as slow as molasses. He drags everything out significantly longer than it needs to be. Originally everything was supposed to be done at the end of October, it didn't get done until the second week of December. Hire him if you have a lot of time on your hands, but if you want it done quickly, you either have to constantly be on him to get it done, or you may consider finding someone else."
