Ryan was very responsive from the first time I contacted him, through out the entire job. He was flexible when we needed to push back the start date a couple of days, and he kept to the time frame and price quoted. His crew was friendly, punctual, and they kept the basement pretty clean considering the messy work of installing drywall. Their skill is worth every penny!

They were extremely easy to work with. Arrived on time (usually early), and communication was by phone or text (which I prefer). They were all respectful and professional. I will hire them again for my next project.

Ryan responded to my inquiry very quickly. He arrived when he said he would, and got the whole project done in one day! He beautifully matched the existing texture of the existing ceiling. We are VERY pleased with Ryan's work. We would use him again, and we HIGHLY recommend him!

We were very pleased with RC Drywall. Their price was competitive, and they started and finished on time (something that is all too unusual with many contractors). The crew was really good to deal with -- very happy and professional. After they finished, we discovered that they had inadvertently covered our thermostat wire. They came back and remedied the problem without making any fuss about it.

Ryan responded to my phone call requesting an estimate on the same day of my call. We set up an appointment to give an estimate and Ryan arrived exactly on time with a competitive estimate and also a time when he could start and complete the job. Ryan arrived on the date and the exact time he had committed to and completed all the work by the following day. He matched three different drywall textures knockdown, orange peel and a type of modified knockdown extremely well.
Ryan and his helper did an excellent job, were quick and exactly on time for each scheduled visit. I had contacted 5 other sheetrock companies before finding Ryan using both Angie's list and Home Advisor and only one other kept their commitment. The other 3 kept cancelling their time for an estimate or just not showing up wasting both their time and mine.
I can't stress enough the importance of finding someone who does quality work and actually does what the say when they say the will.

Ryan is a professional in every sense.  He contacted me after I called him, while he was away for the long labor day weekend.  He said he would call back on Tuesday after the holiday and he did. He set up an appointment and showed up on time.  The work was done quickly and was top quality work. All debris and dust was cleaned up and all wall and ceiling texture patterns were expertly matched.
I had one small issue (because I'm super picky) and Ryan came back out promptly and resolved it.  Honestly, no one else would have even noticed.  Even so, Ryan happily appeased my perfectionism.
I've since recommend Ryan to other friends and plan to have him come back for additional work.
I'm SO glad I came across RC Drywall.

Ryan was very easy to communicate with.  He quoted us a reasonable price and stuck with it even when we asked for a few extra touch-up jobs.  He filled in and textured the walls and ceiling holes and you would never know they had been cut into or damaged!

We were extremely pleased with the entire experience of working with Ryan. We had contacted several drywall professionals, and Ryan was the only one who took the time to actually come to our home to view the damage before giving us a bid. The others asked for photos. Ryan's bid was not only the lowest, but he squeezed us in between jobs because he saw we didn't have a functional kitchen. He explained the repair process in detail indicating that we didn't need drywall replacement, but rather that he could repair and match the existing drywall. The job was done in a matter of hours and it is perfect. His price was fair, he is very knowledgeable and capable, and he is just an all-around nice guy. We intend to use him again for other ceiling and wall repairs needed in our home, and we highly recommend him to anyone needing drywall repair.

I was concerned that the water damage to the drywall might have been more extensive than what we could see. Ryan came over to take a look and let us know that the drywall itself had no signs of structural damage or mold and that we would just need to patch up the seam between the pieces of drywall where the water had leaked through.
Since we had only scheduled him to come by for an estimate, it was a pleasant surprise when Ryan said he could take care of the issue right there at a great price. The work he did was quick and looks great. He matched the existing texture of the ceiling so well that once we repaint, it will be hard to pinpoint the exact area where the water leak had happened.
I would definitely recommend RC Drywall to others and I plan to give them a call again in the future if I have additional work which needs to be done.

This might be a little long, but a great story of a great contractor. When our basement was flooded by our water softener ( over 100 gallons ) I first looked to Angie's List for help. After reading all the reviews I found one that had the most A reviews and was an Angie's List award winner. Great guy, but he could not even come look at the job for several weeks. ( cost of being good ) Well Jeff referred me to Ryan Cottle at RC Drywall, LLC Note: this is not RCI Drywall
Ryan was very good to return my call and offered to come out the next day to give me a quote. After he spent a considerable amount of time, he gave me a ballpark price right then and followed up with a written quote that night. First let me say I was impressed with Ryan's professionalism. He obviously knew what he was doing. His price quote was less then the other quotes I had received. He also offered to repair some of the bad Drywall work that had been done by the previous owner.
I called Ryan to confirm he was licensed and insured. He sent me copies of his license and insurance / bonding information. Everything looked in order so I asked Ryan when he could do the job. He was able to arrange his schedule to start our project just 2 days latter.
First thing. He told me he would be there a 9am and he was there right at 9am. ( good start ) Ryan and one of his men worked throughout the day with only taking a short lunch break. Well they finished the work in 2 days and he is coming back to do some cleanup this afternoon. I told you he was good. The work was great. I don't know much about drywall but it looks excellent. Also one of the other parts of the house he had quoted me on, was a tiny hole in our dinning room ceiling. well it turned out to be a big hole from a water leak on the upper floor. He ended up replacing a section about 12 X 12 inches. The drywall was molded and falling apart. The insulation was also ruined. I told him to go ahead and do what ever he needed to make it right. When he was done with my tiny hole, I asked him how much that would add to the quote. "Nothing extra" was his reply. It's been awhile since I was this impressed with a contractor. Plus the fact he was referred to me by one of his competitors, says a lot.
Ryan doesn't know it yet, but I am giving him a nice tip. Not something I ever do, but he was that good.
