"Contacted Michael on Saturday and briefly explained what was going on.  He came by the next day and had the part with him.  He said from what I told him over the phone, he immediately knew what the problem was.  Within 15 minutes, the repair was completed.   I've used Michael before for plumbing and electrical services.   He does an excellent job!

"Excellent. Jed pruned an old apple tree so that it’s at the right height for me to pick. Carefully taking away branches to balance out the structure of the tree. He then dorayed it with a natural pest repellent. My tree is flourishing with fruit. Which makes me happy."

It may be tempting to DIY the construction of a swing set to save money, but we don’t recommend it. Since children will use the swing set, the entire system must be solid and safe, meaning the cost savings aren’t worth potentially endangering them. New construction carriage houses can be found across the country, and are often added to properties with Colonial-style homes for additional living, storage, or work space, although they can be found in many different styles.
