"First thing I want to say about this company is that they have excellent customer service. I was a tiny yard(under 5000 sq. ft.) and I felt like they gave me the same attention they would large customers. All my emails and phone calls were returned and I was never just ignored. Next thing I recommend is to buy their first year treatment service. They will come and do the treatment and it's also a great time for them to see the lawn, and make recommendations. All in all, it did take some time, but the lawn came in nice, but I am most impressed with their customer service."

"Flow Tech Solutions did a fantastic job with installing a whole sprinkler system for us in our back yard. They were professional with the way they communicated with us - taking notes and clarifying expectations. They delivered a very detailed quote (professionally delivered). They communicated with me during the project and kept me in the loop. We definitely will be requesting their services for our front yard. We are happy with the work they provided. Thank you Flow Tech Solutions"

"Dan was very professional and always on time. I had a sprinkler system and sod put in my back yard. It looks great. He and his associate were both very nice and very polite. Next year I will have them do my front yard sprinkler system."

Lawns questions, answered by experts

Using specialized equipment, they aerate thoroughly, alleviating compaction and enhancing root health.

Yes, rotting leaves can be good for your soil. The decaying leaves release nutrients into the soil that can boost the health of your plants, and the organic matter also helps improve airflow and water drainage.

The frequency of gardening service visits depends on two significant factors—the service and your budget. If you’re a gardening DIYer and only need someone to check on your plant's health quality, you might not need many visits throughout the year. However, if you love the idea of a garden but don't have the time or patience to plant, water, and maintain your garden, you might need weekly visits (or more, depending on the weather).

Small amounts of geese are actually good for the environment. They help spread seeds and lead to more plant growth, but they’re often an invasive species, particularly Canadian geese. This means a small gaggle can quickly grow into a level that litters your lawn with bald patches and excrement.

If you want to take the decomposition process into your hands to speed it up, water and sunlight are key. Of course, you can’t control sunlight yourself, but you can rake leaves into piles in sunny spots in your yard. In terms of using water, you can also moisten the decomposing leaves with water, whether by pouring some from a watering can from time to time or using a hose to moisten them.
