Very, very professional and thorough.

The technician is always pleasant does whatever is needed. My only complaint is that they always set up appointments through a phone message==hard to make changes.

Quick and thorough. Just like I like it. And if you find a spider in your home they have no problem coming back :)

They do a very good job. You do have to remind them to do the inside of the house as well. If you don't have a huge pest infestation though I wouldn't use Truly Nolen. They are a lot more money than other companies

We have been with Truly Nolen for about 15 years. Tried another service but wasn't satisfied. Techs are professional and courteous. Rated as a B because over the last year they have not called to schedule service, they just show up. I have had to call them to come back and do interior. But other than that I am very happy with their service.

I've had a reduction in bugs and spiders in and out side the house.

I think the Moles moved from my yard to the next and they are back again, along with bringing along some rats. I've asked for another quote for ridding the rats. I'm afraid they will move from my yard to the next and back again too.

They continue to charge us even though our agreement was over. We tried to contact them, left messages etc, no call backs. We even talked to our guy, he said he will have to check with the office and never got back to us. All we wanted to know was when our service was over. They came over anyway and then charged us. They called to collect and when we explained what happened, they said, let me get back to you. Never did and they still send us the bill. Don't use them.

It was horrible they seem like they know what they are doing my tech came out on september 26th sprayed some powder then said he would be back in 1 week to look at the problem and retreat if need be well a week came and went on I called the office to cancel this is not professional and it's giving my problem the potential to grow even bigger the manager called me and said we can have someone come out on the 10th of October way past a week's visit so they came out sprayed again and put out traps for the roaches the tech said ok I'll be back on October 18th if not then the 19th I said ok well here we are well pasts the date and the problem has gotten worse they said getting rid of these pests are a partnership and we both had to hold up our ends of the bargin if I wanted to get rid of the problem well I held up my end but they did not I called today and canceled my services the manager called me and said well can I come out with another Tech I said no for what you guys will come out this one time and not follow up in a week like you are supposed to you guys are vary unprofessional and have made the issue worse because you do not follow up thus giving the issue time to grow instead of helping me get rid of it they are a joke

Price was, I thought, a little high - but half what some other folks were asking.  They came when they said they would, did what they said they'd do - I can't ask for more than that. I'm very satisfied.
