John and Brayden showed up on time notwithstanding a big snow fall, then worked steady all day to remove our old tub, install the new tub and shower, clean up and leave everything perfect. "Michael Anderson from Groundworks was professional, courteous, articulate and thorough on his evaluation. The house is over 100 years old, however, and the nature of the problem and the fix involved could not be completed with traditional methods. However he offered several suggestions that we can do to mitigate any worsening of the problem without major structural upheaval. He explained what the source of the problem was in clear terms and gave great suggestions on how we could manage it ourselves. Fantastic customer service. I have great respect for this company."
