They quoted $1400 for the heater, installation, and removal of the old unit. After I have the thumbs up, they arrived to our home within three hours, and 90 minutes later they were done. "My washer and dryer quit working on the same day. Boo! Thankfully, Integrity Appliance Repair responded very quickly when I called and left a message about my dilemma. Don replaced everything that needed to be fixed (washing machine pump, drain hose, and dryer element) in a very timely and professional manner. He explained why each machine broke and I really appreciated understanding what went wrong. He was so fantastic to work with that when my washing machine had problems a month later (totally unrelated), I called him immediately. It turns out it got clogged with the dissolvable portion of Tide Pods because I wasn't using hot enough water often enough--d'oh! Again, he was very professional and kind, even though my machine made every attempt to ooze melted tide pod goo onto him. :) Moral of the story: call Integrity Appliance. They are the best!"
