"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

Don replaced everything that needed to be fixed (washing machine pump, drain hose, and dryer element) in a very timely and professional manner. He explained why each machine broke and I really appreciated understanding what went wrong. He was so fantastic to work with that when my washing machine had problems a month later (totally unrelated), I called him immediately. It turns out it got clogged with the dissolvable portion of Tide Pods because I wasn't using hot enough water often enough--d'oh!
