We fully expected Greg to run into some problems, and he did, but he took them in stride and rectified the situation(s) CORRECTLY. "This is the second house I have put new windows in within the last 5 years. This time I decided to go with a new company and different windows because I wasnt totally happy with the first home. This company is a little more expensive but the quality of window is so much better that I decided that overall the saving would be greater with this better window. What I didn't realize is that the quality of the work and materials used to replace my window is far better than I ever thought. The work is beautiful that was done so far. I'm glad I decided to spend the extra money to go with this company!! They are totally perfessional and great at what they do."
